️ The moratorium on evictions for non-payment of rent ended August 18, 2020. However, landlords cannot evict tenants if unpaid rent is from April 1, May 1, June 1, July 1, or August 1 of 2020. Landlords must organize repayment plans with tenants.
️ Landlords may restrict use of common areas by tenants or guests.
️ The ban on evictions for reasons other than unpaid rent is now lifted
️ Landlords may resume entering a rental with 24-hour notice for reasons considered lawful under the RTA.
